R&amp;D Strategy and Innovation Capacity Through Anticipation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key points from our talk at Marcus Evans:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aligning R&amp;D strategies with the market and competition<\/strong> through effective, predictive intelligence monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Using AI to boost the innovation capacity of R&amp;D teams<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exploring the impact of intelligence monitoring and AI technologies<\/strong> to improve organizations\u2019 agility in their R&amp;D processes and related functions (marketing, procurement, industrial property), through practical cases such as Chanel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This talk was presented by <strong>Christophe Lecante, founder of TKM<\/strong>, in collaboration with <strong>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Jaffr\u00e9dou, Head of Technology and Competitive Intelligence Monitoring at
